What Medicaid Waiver and PACE Offer You
Here at Saint Joseph Tower, we proudly provide Assisted Living services to persons eligible for either Medicaid Waiver or PACE. These programs are critical for providing affordable assisted living services to qualified persons.
Immanuel Pathways PACE is an all-inclusive program of supports designed to care for the overall wellness of the whole person while still empowering them to live in the community.
To qualify for Medicaid Waiver, a person must have active Nebraska Medicaid and be evaluated by a specialist at either the League of Human Dignity or the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging. Together with St. Joseph Tower, a comprehensive plan of service and support is developed to best serve you or your loved one.
Once accepted for admission to our community, we will be glad to assist you with the referral process for either program.
